Walmart’s Spark Shop, an internal eCommerce site designed to serve its extensive network of employees, had outgrown its original platform.

The outdated website struggled to handle the increasing demand for Spark Shop’s wide range of merchandise, including t-shirts, vests, pins, and other branded items. With an ambitious plan to host over 60,000 SKUs and add new products weekly, Walmart recognized the need for a complete overhaul.
